 Lori Palermo earned her Real Estate License in Oregon in 1993 after attending the Real Estate School of Oregon where she successfully completed her training in Real Estate Practices, Finance and Law. She joined her father, L.R. "Pete" Palermo in the business at his office, Fairway Real Estate, Inc. in Springfield, Oregon. Lori is a Graduate of the Oregon REALTOR'S Institute and is a certified instructor for Homebuyer Education by the Homeowner Education Collaborative of Oregon. She became a Managing Principal Broker in 2002 and continues to manage the family business while remaining active in the real estate industry. Lori is the top producing agent at Fairway Real Estate for several years running and works full time assisting both buyers and sellers throughout Oregon - specializing in Lane County.

She is a member of the Springfield High School Booster Club (http://shs.sps.lane.edu) and is President of the Springfield Baseball Commission.
Lori lives in Springfield with her husband, Joe Silence and son Joey (15). She and her husband also have 4 grown children aged 26, 23, 21 and 18 and spend their Sunday evenings hosting "Family Dinner".
